JOB: Replace Consumer Unit

Excellent communication all the way through the work. Did exactly what he said he would do and arrived when he said he would. Very professional documentation and proper written quotations and invoices provided. In 20 years of property letting, I have never encountered any tradesperson as good as this. Finally a tradesman who is intelligent, diligent and reliable. Andrew is new to the industry and role so don't expect the quickest job. However, if you're after quality and reliability then he's your man. With a background in chemical science, there is no denying Andrew has more brains than 5 of your average tradesmen put together. What's more, he's polite, a doddle to communicate with and he's reliable. If he says he will be there Monday week he will be there (and on the off chance he can't make it he'll call to let you know well in advance). My partner has his own building company and on a weekly basis deals with tradesmen - so he can tell the good guys from the bad. Andrew is definitely someone we would recommend based on his knowledge and reliability. He's also conscientious and honest so you really can't go wrong.
